Disney Channel’s throwback movies are everything! Pixel Perfect, for one, premiered in January 2004 and immediately became a fan favorite flick.

Starring Raviv Ullman, Leah Pipes, Porscha Coleman and Tania Gunadi, the movie followed the story of a teenager named Roscoe (Raviv) who tried to help his best friend Samantha’s (Leah) band — the Zetta Bytes — by creating a hologram of the perfect pop star to front the girl group. The talented hologram, Loretta, started to cause a rift in Roscoe and Samantha’s friendship when he started to develop romantic feelings for Loretta, despite her being part of a computer program.

While most of the stars have since gone on to continue their acting careers, Spencer Redford — who played Loretta — has since stepped out of the spotlight. Following her role in the DCOM, the actress nabbed a few other roles, but hasn’t appeared on screen since 2007. It appears that she doesn’t have any social media, so it’s unclear exactly what the former star is up to now.

Despite these actors having moved on from their Disney Channel days, fans are still able to rewatch Pixel Perfect on Disney+. Not to mention, the movie’s soundtrack has some seriously iconic songs, including “Nothing’s Wrong With Me,” “Notice Me,” “Get Real” and “When the Rain Falls.” Once you listen to these tunes, all the early 2000s memories will start flooding back.

“It was a part of their childhood,” Raviv told E! News in Aril 2022 about fans still watching his Disney Channel movies and TV shows. “I look back on the shows that I grew up on and I know where I was when I was watching them. I would love to live that life now, go to school, come back, eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and watch my favorite TV shows.”

When reflecting on his fame, the Phil of the Future alum explained that he “just wanted to work,” noting he was “never consciously” trying to stray from Disney. Raviv added, “I look back at that time and, even though it is a centerpiece of my career at this point, it was one of many jobs that I’ve done over, you know, the 25 years that I’ve been working in the industry.”

Spencer Redford, known for her portrayal of Loretta, has largely faded from public view. After her performance in Pixel Perfect, she took on a handful of other projects, but her last on-screen appearance was in 2007. It seems she has no presence on social media, leaving fans in the dark about her current activities.

Evel Knievel of Montana: Leonardo DiCaprio Set to Star in New Biopic

Back in 2015, DiCaprio was spotted and photographed at Missoula's Caras Park. It was reported that he was in town for his friend, and fellow actor, Tobey Maguire's birthday party, according to the Missoulian. Leonardo DiCaprio also starred in The Revenant in 2015. The movie was set in Montana, but only a small part of the movie was filmed in Montana. The waterfall scenes were filmed at the Kootenai Falls in Libby. He won the Best Actor Oscar for his role in this movie. More recently, DiCaprio starred with Montana's Lily Gladstone in the critically acclaimed Killers of the Flower Moon. Now DiCaprio may get even more ties to Montana. It is being reported that he is set to play Montana's own Evel Knievel in an upcoming movie. According to World of Reel, some details emerging about the story. The movie is titled "Evel Knievel on Tour" and is written by William Monahan, who wrote "The Departed", and Terence Winter who wrote "Wolf of Wall Street", both of those movies starred DiCaprio. The film is set in 1974 and tells the story of Evel Knievel's planning to jump Idaho's Snake River Canyon on his motorcycle. Right now the movie is listed as "under development" according to Imdb.com. It would be cool if they would film some of the movie in Butte, Knievel's hometown. But if that doesn't happen, hopefully, they will at least film it in the location of the attempted jump, which is a tourist attraction in Southern Idaho. During his career, Evel Knievel reportedly broke 433 bones, earning him a place in the Guinness Book of World Records as the "survivor of the most broken bones in a lifetime", according to Wikipedia. My grandfather, an anesthesiologist in Montana, once worked with surgeons to repair some of those broken bones. When I was a kid my grandfather would joke that he actually "knocked Evel Knievel out". I can't wait to see what they do with this movie when it eventually comes out.
